BRIGHT SKYE

She is a small, shy girl with the sweetest personality. She enjoys snuggles and hanging out in the yard. She is great at entertaining herself with a toy and will almost always roll over for a belly rub. She needs a little help building up her confidence but she is a very smart little girl and picks things up quickly. She would do best in a home without small or loud children as she gets scared of sudden movements and noises. She has not shown any aggressive or herding behaviors. Her answer to being scared is creating distance or rolling over exposing her belly. Because she loves laying in the grass and playing with her toys we would recommend a fenced yard for her, although it doesn't have to be a high fence at all. She is the silliest little thing when she's tossing the ball around, pouncing on it and rolling over trying to grab it with her paws. Skye has done wonderfully with our 2 cats and 2 dogs, respecting their boundaries and being very polite when interacting. She is crate trained and potty trained already. She really dislikes getting in any sort of trouble so usually just an "ahah" or a firm "no" does the trick. Skye has a great balance of play and relaxing snuggles. She is not super high energy but enjoys long walks and playtime in the yard. She is a sweet and lovable puppy who just needs a little help learning the world can be lots of fun! Bright Skye is a mini-Aussie/Corgi mix, weighs 23 lbs and was born approximately 11-1-19. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
