CHINOOK

Hi! I'm Chinook and I'm a sweet, cuddlebug looking for a couch to curl up on. I love to be babied and curl up next to you or even on your lap, if you'll let me. I'm mellow but also a little unsure about new people and dogs so I'm looking for someone to help build my confidence with new experiences. I'd be fine as an only dog or would enjoy the company of a small or submissive dog. A big, active dog would probably be too overwhelming for me. I do great in my kennel and only chew on my toys, not on the humans' stuff. The leash thing is new to me so I'm working on that and hope to have it mastered soon. Can I move in with you? Chinook is a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon/Black Lab mix, weighs about 25 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 4/20/2020. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
