Hello I'm Rizzo and I'm an adorable puppy! I love people, especially those who will give me a good head rub. I have a happy and laid back personality. Whenever people come up to me, I can't help but wiggle my butt hoping to get some scratches and my favorite head rubs. I get along well with all dogs and while I haven't been tested with cats, with proper introduction I think I will love them too! I haven’t been tested with kids, but my foster parents think I will be a great growing up buddy, because I am very friendly and I take treats so gently. I would prefer a family with another dog to keep me company or a family who would keep me by their side since I am still little and not used to be alone by myself. I am food motivated; I learned to sit for treats quickly, and with some proper training I will be your perfect pup. I am also crate trained, no accident at all in my crate so far. I love to play with all toys and the occasional shoe but I'm a quick learner and can be redirected back to my toys easily. I am pretty good at keeping myself occupied with my toys when my foster parents are working at their desk, so if you work from home I'll mind my manners and be ready to love on you when you take a break! Pick me to be your forever pup! Rizzo is a Black Lab mix, weighs 26 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 9/23/2020. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
