FURLEY

Furley is a gentle girl who has been through a traumatic time. She was a beloved companion of her original owner since she had been a tiny pup. Sadly her owner had a stroke and passed away. A couple of days went by before being discovered. When authorities entered the home, they found Furley clinging to her master, refusing to leave her side. She has had a difficult time but is progressing. She needs a family that will be patient with her and let her progress at her own pace. Furley has separation anxiety, she is so scared she is going to be alone again. She likes other dogs but is very apprehensive of cats. She stands like a statue when the cats come close to her but is getting better every day with learning how to live with them. Furley loves all people including children. She is high energy and would love a family to run and play with her. She loves to play fetch, squeak toys, and chew on bones. Furley is beautiful, smart, and sweet. She is completely potty trained. Once you meet her you will fall in love! Family members surrendered Furley to rescue so that we can help heal her broken heart and find her a new loving home. Furley is a female Beagle, weighs 25 lbs and was born 6-1-18. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
