My name is Riley and I love to play and explore.  I love being outside and especially love getting to splash around in the pool.  When I'm inside I follow my foster human around the house and have even heard her call me her "shadow" a few times.  I'm working on potty training, but am catching on quick!  I sleep in my kennel at night and love to cuddle up and nap next to my foster human during the day.  If you're looking for the perfect mix of a cute little cuddle bug and a spunky little pup, you've found the right guy! Riley and his littermates along with their mom, Flora, came from a crowded city shelter in Texas where they were in grave danger of being euthanized due to limited space at the shelter. Dolly's Legacy came to their rescue and saved their lives. Now they are ready for a new chapter with forever homes. Riley is a growing male Black Mouth Cur/Cattle Dog mix pup who was born approximately 5-3-21. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
