Hi there, my name is Molasses, but my foster mama calls me Molly! I am a very shy little girl, but my love can be bought with treats and chicken flavored baby food. My brother Biscotti and I were little spicy feral babies, and we were very hissy and liked to swat at our foster mom sometimes. But we have come a very long way in a short time, and we are becoming more and more confident every day! I secretly love pets, and my foster mama tells me she thinks I’m going to be a lap kitten in no time. I’m trying to fight her so she isn’t right, but I’m wearing down, those pets are wonderful! I do love to play with my brother, we romp and wrestle daily, and he always makes me feel safe, so I am looking for my forever home with him. I try to show him up with my perfect litter box manners and sharpening my claws only where I should. I do need to have non-clumping litter while I’m young because I did decide it might be a good idea to eat some litter, but it was definitely a bad idea and I had to spend the night at the vet. They say I will grow out of that habit, but I can’t have the clumping for a while just to be safe. If you have a calm home with lots of love and patience, I am a sweet, adorable little lap cat in the making, and I would love to spend forever with you!
Molasses came from a crowded city shelter in Oklahoma where she was in grave danger of being euthanized due to limited space at the shelter & her time was up. Dolly's Legacy came to her rescue and saved her life. Now she is ready for a new chapter with a forever home.
