Hello- my name is Fancy. My foster parents call me Miss Fancy or Fancy Pants. I am just the sweetest girl! My foster parents tell me all the time what a good girl I am and give me these awesome chin scratches that I love. I also have these beautiful long eyelashes.
I am completely housebroken and have not had an accident in my foster home. I am kennel trained- though I would much rather be right by you if I had the choice.
I am pretty shy and timid. I am looking for a family who will be patient and understanding and let me come out of my shell at my own pace. My foster parents say I am so sweet and not aggressive at all, even when I have to do scary things (like get a bath!).
I have big dogs in my foster home and we get along great. I like to follow them around and be by them but we don’t really play much.
I also have older kids in my foster home. To be honest, they are pretty scary for me. I’m not really sure about kids, they can be loud and unpredictable. I think I would prefer a quiet, calmer family.
I love to go on walks, my tail wags like crazy! I need a little work on walks though- I just love to be right by your leg and sometimes accidentally walk right in front of you.
I like to run around outside so I would love a fenced yard. I love to run and jump around- my foster mom thinks I look like a little kangaroo jumping around.
I like to be by my people and follow them around but after a while I like to find a quiet place to chill by myself.

Fancy is a female Collie/Wirehaired Terrier mix who was born approximately 1-19-18 who weighs 41 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed, tested HW negative & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
