I’m Notte' (na-tay, which means "night" in Italian), and even though it’s an Italian name, I’m actually from Oklahoma where I was in a very crowded shelter, stuck in a wire cage hoping for a better life. Then Dolly’s Legacy came and I was brought to Nebraska to start over. And it has been wonderful! I have come out of my shell so much and shown my foster mama just what a sweet and affectionate boy I am. I love pets and rubs more than anything in the whole world, and I will take any opportunity to be near you and be on your lap. I’m a very chatty kitty, and I will definitely let you know how happy I am to see you if you’ve been gone for a while. I’m still learning about catnip and playing with toys, but I’m already a pro at the litter box and scratching on a cardboard scratcher. While I’m not a huge fan of the dogs in my foster home (we do alright but they do make me a little nervous) I love the other cats around, they are good company and cuddle buddies! I also love a good sunny spot, and a tall cat tree is wonderful for keeping an eye on the yard for birds, and sometimes taking a nap. My foster mama told me black cats are sometimes overlooked, but I hope you’ll notice my sweet face and give me a chance to show you what a truly wonderful kitty I am!
