EMMA

Hi! My Name Is EMMA

We're happy to tell you that EMMA has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.

Emma is looking to make a forever connection and find her valentine! She loves other dogs and will need a home with a dog companion as she is really missing her brother, Toby. They were separated into different foster homes and are really grieving being apart so we'd like to find a home where she can have a dog companion. They had never known life without each other until now. Emma is a fantastic dog who is eager to please. She is gentle & docile, has great house manners, and does great on a leash.  She is very smart and would excel in training and would be a superb service dog if properly trained. Emma is smaller than her brother (he is 76 lbs) at 63 lbs, but she is still a big girl and likely still has some growing to do. She is fostering with a cat & pays no attention to her. We have not yet introduced her to kids, but she has been such a good pup in all other aspects. We are hoping cupid will find her love match soon!

Emma & Toby were found as strays in rural Oklahoma and never reclaimed.

Requirements to adopt Emma:

*Another dog (preferably one her size so they can play) in the home as a companion for her

*Exceptional veterinary reference with pet ownership history

*Prefer a home with a fenced yard so she can romp with her new dog friend(s) freely

Emma is a female Hound/mix who weighs 63 lbs and was born approximately 5-1-22. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease and started on heartworm preventative.  Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs.
