Queenie has left a lifetime of breeding behind and is embracing the comfort and kindness of a real home for the first time. She’s a quiet, affectionate companion who just wants to be near her people, offering her calm presence and warm heart. Queenie is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms due to the neglect she endured, but she’s taking it all in stride with grace and resilience. She gets along well with other dogs, is fully crate and potty trained, and is learning that soft beds and kind hands are what she’s always deserved. While her energy is mellow, Queenie still enjoys gentle affection and short strolls, and she’d thrive in a peaceful home where she can be someone’s loyal little shadow. Queenie is a female Toy Poodle who was was born approximately 6-13-17 and weighs 10 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed. She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and will be available for adoption approximately 9-20-25, unless an adopter would want to continue her care and see her through to the end of treatment which is sponsored by the rescue at our vet hospital. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
