Hank is a happy-go-lucky guy whose constant tail and butt wiggles will brighten even the cloudiest day! With his short stature and big personality, he can still hop onto the couch or bed to be right by your side. Hank loves fetch (in short bursts), squeaky balls, soft toys, splash pads, ice cubes, and car rides—basically, he’s always ready for fun. He gets along wonderfully with dogs, but he does like to chase cats, so a cat-free home (or one with very careful management) would be best for him. While he hasn’t been tested with kids, older children would be best since he sometimes gives gentle herding direction. Hank is kennel trained, housetrained, and would absolutely love a pool or splash pad to cool off in during playtime. With his playful spirit, friendly nature, and charming personality, Hank is ready to bring joy, laughter, and plenty of wiggly-tail moments to his forever home.
Hank is a Basset/Pointer mix (our best guess of breeds, he likely has more breeds mixed in) who was was born approximately 7-26-22 and weighs 57 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
