Peaches is a delicate little lamb of a dog who wants nothing more than to feel safe, included, and loved. She came from a past where people weren’t kind, and now big changes still scare her. She must always see what’s happening around her and prefers having her back tucked against something so no one can surprise her or sitting on a lap with. With patience, she will quietly approach for gentle affection and melt into you like she has been waiting her whole life for that moment. Peaches needs a calm, adult-only home with someone who understands fearful dogs and will celebrate each tiny step forward. She is mostly housebroken, has a soft, long tail that wags gently when she’s feeling brave, and would enjoy a secure fenced yard for stress-free exploring. Peaches is small, sweet, and incredibly resilient — she just needs the right person to help her heart bloom.

Peaches is a female Maltese who was was born approximately 6-6-23 and weighs 6 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
