Duke is a handsome gent who is smart, loves to play with other dogs, ready for a great home and a family to love him! He is kennel trained, does not bark much, and is working on walking well on a leash! He learns quickly and is treat motivated!
Duke was rescued from a Louisiana shelter after being found as a stray. He is ready for the good life!
Duke is a Golden Retriever/Yellow Labrador Retriever mix (our best guess of breeds) who was was born approximately 7-24-24 and weighs 67 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, treated for heartworm disease and must remain on monthly heartworm preventative for life. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
