Meet Jack! 🐶
Look at those glorious, radar-dish ears! Jack is a handsome, curious, and remarkably sharp Red Heeler puppy who is ready for his next big adventure.
Smart, Playful, and Eager to Learn Jack is the total package of brains and affection. He’s super friendly, loves giving sweet puppy kisses, and is already showing off his high intelligence. Case in point: he picked up the game of fetch in under two minutes! He’s constantly exploring his surroundings and looking for new ways to engage his sharp mind.
High Energy & Activity Needs Jack is a true working breed at heart and needs a lifestyle that matches his drive:
Active Homes Only: Jack requires lots of daily exercise and must be with an active person or family who is willing and able to help him burn off his desire to stay busy at all times.
Yard Preferred: Apartment life will not suit Jack. He needs ample space and time to run, play, and burn off that signature Heeler energy.
Training & Growth Like many young pups, Jack is working on his mouth manners. He naturally wants to put his mouth around your hands, but he’s very gentle about it when corrected. He is an amazingly quick learner—after just one night of gentle guidance, he drastically reduced this habit! With consistent, positive reinforcement, he’ll master his manners in no time.
Breed Considerations: The Herding Instinct As a Red Heeler, Jack comes hardwired with natural herding instincts. It is in his DNA to want to "herd" moving creatures in the direction he wants them to go—and that includes little kids!
Families with young children must be prepared for natural "herd nipping" behaviors and willing to actively train through them.
If you are not equipped to manage and train a working breed around young kids, we kindly ask that you consider another breed.
If you’re an active dog lover looking for a loyal, wicked-smart, and fun-loving partner with the absolute best ears in town, Jack is ready to play ball!
