BUDDY

Hi, my name is Buddy! I got rescued from a breeder in Oklahoma and boy am I glad! My foster mom spends lots of time with me, cuddling and taking softly to me, and letting me know that I don’t have to be scared anymore cause no one will ever be mean to me again. I’m still pretty scared when people approach me and try to pick me up, but I sure like being close to my foster sister, Danica, and sleeping on a soft couch! Do you know how awesome it is to go outside and run around in grass?? It’s crazy fun! I’m looking for my furever home with a family that will be patient with me as I learn how to be a dog! I really need a doggie sister or brother to play with and help me feel more comfortable!! Due to his tiny size & shy nature, Buddy should go to a quiet home with adults only and with a small canine companion or two. Buddy is a Maltese/ShihTzu/mix, weighs 5 lbs and was born approximately 2-5-16. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
