BRODIE

Hello – My name is Brodie.  I’m a little guy that will need a lot of love and patience when I come into your home.  I’ve never had an accident in my foster home and I sleep in a kennel without a peep.  That’s my safe house. I will need another dog in my home that is confident and can show me the way.  I’m a bit timid of people, but if you bring Peanut Butter and hot dogs I’ll be your best friend.  Rowdy kids scare the life out of me, so 13+ on kids for me.  I won’t hurt a fly, but they move so fast I can’t keep up with what they are doing and that scares me.  I love being outside with my dog friends and will play in the yard all afternoon on a nice, sunny day.  I’m not so sure what I’m supposed to do with toys yet; but if you do get me toys, I won’t chew them up.  I do pretty good on a leash as long as my dog brother is with me and can show me where to go.  I just need a little reassurance from my dog brother and family that this world is okay to live in. Brodie is a Black Lab/Smooth Fox Terrier mix, weighs 17 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 11-10-19. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
