ANKAA

Ankaa is a beautiful young Husky mix with a soft brown coat and an even softer heart. This little sweetheart is active and playful but leans heavily into her affectionate side—she absolutely loves sitting on laps and staying close to her person. Ankaa can be a bit shy at first and isn’t a fan of being alone just yet, but once she feels safe, she becomes a devoted little shadow who wants to follow you everywhere.

She gets along great with other dogs and enjoys being part of the pack. Ankaa is currently working on her puppy manners, including learning not to jump on people and redirecting her instinct to chew on hands and toes (those puppy teeth are sharp!). She’s also learning leash skills and figuring out that walks are a team effort. Ankaa is doing well with housetraining and can go about five hours in her kennel without accidents.

She hasn’t been tested with kids or cats yet, but her loving and loyal nature suggests she will continue to thrive with proper introductions. Ankaa is the kind of dog who forms a deep bond with her person and will make an incredibly devoted companion for someone ready to guide her through puppyhood with patience and love.

Ankaa is named after the brightest star in the constellation Phoenix. 

Ankaa is a female Husky/Retriever/mix (our best guess of breeds) who was was born approximately 1-20-26. She is spayed, age-appropriate vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, given flea/tick/heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
