An Experienced, Patient Adopter: Preferably someone with experience helping dogs heal from trauma, who will let Annabelle set the pace and celebrate her victories, big and small.
An Adult-Only Household: Children and fast movements scare Annabelle, so a quiet, predictable home without kids is essential for her comfort.
A Securely Fenced Yard (No Chain Link): Because she startles easily with loud noises, a solid, non-chain-link fence is required to keep her feeling safe and secure.
No Apartments: A calm environment in a single-family home setting is necessary to minimize surprising noises and high-traffic stress.
Dogs: She does wonderfully with other dogs her own size! Larger dogs can be intimidating, but a gentle dog friend her size can help build her confidence.
Cats: Annabelle is feline-approved! She has made lovely friends with the cats in her foster home.

Annabelle is a female Cairn Terrier/Yorkie/mix who was was born approximately6-15-24Ā and weighs 18 lbs. She is spayed & vaccinated. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.Ā
