BAILEY

Bailey is a sweet pup looking for his furever home. If his gorgeous eyes don't make you fall in love, his sweet demeanor surely will! Bailey is house-trained and already knows sit and shake so you can mark that off your to-do list! He has not had any accidents in his kennel, but usually needs some convincing to go in there and will settle down and be quiet all night. Since he is still a curious pup, he can get into mischief if he's left out and unsupervised for long. The vet says he won't get much bigger so he is the perfect medium size dog at 45lbs! Bailey loves to go on walks, chew on bones, and romp with his fur foster brother. He also loves to follow his foster mom all around the house, he's an excellent chore supervisor (except for when she uses the scary vacuum!). He really just loves to be near his humans, in case they need cuddles or want to give pets?! He can be timid and nervous, so it's probably best if he's not in a home with littles. The loud noises would likely be frightening for him. Bailey loves to run around the yard at his foster home so it would he best if his furever home has a fenced in yard. New places and things can be scary, a fur sibling or puppy classes would be helpful for Bailey to gain some confidence. With his husky/lab genetics, he'd also he a great candidate for agility training! If you are looking for a new best friend, look no further! Bailey is a male Yellow Lab/Husky mix (mom is a 30 lb petite Husky). He was born 1-2-23 and currently weighs 45 lbs.  He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
