BARON

Baron is playful and smart. He is curious and is still learning dos and don’ts of living in the house (like snooping on the kitchen counter is a don’t). He’s eager to please, so he is catching on. Baron has done really well with his foster siblings, and he likes to cuddle with the humans. He enjoys being outside and even liked the snow. He would love a home with a yard so he can run. Baron does fine in a kennel and is doing really well with potty training. He is good with kids. He does well on a leash and enjoys walks. Baron came from rural southern Missouri shelter where he was found as a stray and never reclaimed. The only way he would make it out of the shelter alive was to be rescued as they do not have any volunteer or adoption programs in their rural animal control facility. Dolly's Legacy came to his rescue and saved his life. Now he's ready for a new chapter with a forever home. Baron is a Yellow Lab/mix, weighs 41 lbs and was born approximately 4-17-19. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $475 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
