Hi I'm Benji! I'm a total sweetheart. I love to go for rides in the car with my head out the window. I really like small toys I can carry around, including my foster kitty siblings catnip toys. I can play fetch and bring the toy back to you if I don't get distracted by another fun toy or smell. I will reach out with my paw when I want attention. At one time I might have had a fracture in my back leg so I do walk a little bowlegged with a limp occasionally. I also have an issue with my trachea, sometimes I cough but it definitely helps for me to wear a harness when leashed and not be leashed to my collar. I am learning to get along with the cats in my foster home. I absolutely love people and other dogs! I am bonded with my fur sister Gidget and we need to find a home where we can spend the rest of our lives together. We had our lives turned upside down once when our owner we loved so much had to go to a nursing home and couldn't keep us. We are learning to be happy again and can't wait to find our forever family! Benji is a male Yorkie that weighs 18 and was born approximately 3-4-07. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed, and given a dental cleaning. Adoption fee is $450 as a bonded pair to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
