Blanco has a tragic story, but has triumphed over his suffering. He was found with horrific wounds consistent with being dragged behind a vehicle, he even still had a rope tied around his body. He is the most resilient boy, even after all he has endured. True to the nature of his breed, Blanco is full of life and LOVES people of all ages and wants to make friends everywhere he goes. He is excellent on a leash, loves exploring the outdoors, but very much wants to be an indoor boy and a true member of a family. We recommend a fenced yard so he can romp & play freely and safely. He loves going for car rides and sniffing all the smells out the window. He does not have any lingering health issues from his ordeal which we are so grateful for. Blanco initially loved every dog he was introduced to, but has since decided he would prefer to be the only pet in the home. He truly deserves ALL the attention & to be king of his very own castle! Blanco is a male Yellow Labrador Retriever, weighs 65 lbs and was born approximately 7-21-18. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $300 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
