Buddy is known as a "leaner and a gentle giant". He will get as close to you as he can and lean on you. He's an 84 lb snuggler who enjoys naps on the couch, right at your side. Buddy came into rescue after spending nearly 8 months in a small, rural shelter in Missouri. His owner had been incarcerated and no one came for him. He is fostering with a Great Dane and a cat, and does well with both. He's more interested in being close to his humans for comfort.

 

Buddy is a male Plott Hound who was was born approximately 12-16-18 and weighs 84 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
