BUTTERNUT

My name is Butternut, but my foster mom calls me Babs for short. Babs as in Babs Bunny because of my bunny ears and bunny hops! I have yet to meet a person or dog I don't love on the spot. My foster mom is so impressed with my training -  I've been here a week and already know how to sit, stay (at least for a treat), and am doing great at potty training! She told me I'm the smartest dog she's ever fostered (but I have to keep that a secret from her dogs). She also says I'm fearless. Nothing daunts me - not stairs, not my VERY big foster brother, and new things/people/dogs get me so excited! My favorite things are playing with my fosters brothers and sister and snuggling up to my foster parents. I would love to go home and snuggle up with you forever. Butternut is a Pitbull/Cattle Dog mix, weighs 25 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 6-15-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
