CECIL

Cecil is a happy boy who we have considered renaming "Thumper" because his tail is always wagging & thumping everything he walks near! He is great with other dogs & loves people. Cecil came from rural Southeastern Missouri where he was found as a stray and never reclaimed. The only way he would make it out of the shelter alive was to be rescued as they do not have any volunteer or adoption programs in their rural animal control facility. Dolly's Legacy came to his rescue and saved his life. Now he is ready for a new chapter with a forever home. Cecil is a male Labrador Retriever, weighs 61 lbs and was born approximately 11-24-19. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
