Charmin is a fluffy & calm puppy. He enjoys his new life, embracing as it comes. He loves all people and dogs, but he loves attention the most. Charmin loves a good scratch and he would be a lap dog if he could! He came in very thin and he is on a journey of weight gain which is quite easy as he thoroughly enjoys his food! His fur is so soft and can be easily exchanged as a pillow. He is doing great with housetraining and crate training. He sleeps in his kennel with no complaints and when left alone he seems contempt in it. He would only complain if he thinks he's missing out on fun. He is learning his name and to sit before he can eat. Charmin is such a smart pup he is picking up on things so fast & is like a sponge at learning. He is a giant breed who needs room to romp freely, therefore a fence yard, farm or acreage is required. He would not do well in an apartment setting. We would love to find him a family with Pyrenees experience, but not required. We just want this boy to have the happiest life possible!

Charmin is a growing male Great Pyrenees puppy who was born approximately 4-1-23 and weighed 47 lbs on 9-28-23. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. Dolly's Legacy Animal Rescue's mission is to save orphaned and abandoned pets from overcrowded shelters where they are out of time & out of hope to make it out alive. Far too many pets are facing a cruel death at high-intake, high-kill animal control facilities, some still using a gas chamber as a means of euthanasia. We rescue dogs, puppies, cats & kittens, and place them into loving foster homes while they receive all the vet care needed, including spay/neuter, heartworm testing & treatment, vaccinations, microchipping, treatment for parasites, surgical intervention, and hospitalization.
