Hi, my name is Cheyenne and I am a loving, active young lady who can’t wait to have a forever home to call my own! I love everything (except sprinklers) and everyone I meet even though I may seem a little shy at times. I am really enjoying playing with the resident dogs! We love to chase each other, wrestle and chase tennis balls. I like to follow the resident cats around and sniff them whenever they let me. I tried to play with them once and they let me know they weren’t interested, but I’m sure eventually my sweetness and gentle nature will win them over. I love the human kids here! They are always playing with me, petting me and they smell like peanut butter! I haven’t had any accidents and I sleep great in the kennel (I’ll even take a nap in there occasionally). I’m doing great on a leash and don’t pull much. I am curious and love toys but I need to have sturdy toys because I like to chew on them. I also occasionally get mixed up on the difference between toys and shoes but after a gentle reminder and redirection I’m good to go. I can’t wait to meet you and give you all the love that bubbles up inside me! Cheyenne is a Shepherd mix, weighs 41 pounds and was born approximately 1/1/2020. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & given a Proheart injection for 6 months of heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
