This gentle, friendly boy is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. He loves being outside and truly thrives with a fenced yard where he can explore, romp, and play—especially if there’s another dog around to join in a game of tug. Social and easygoing, he likes all dogs and has recently found his voice, letting you know when he’s excited or ready to play. He’s very treat motivated and a quick learner, making training a fun and rewarding experience. He’s kennel trained and quiet in his crate, currently working on housetraining, and handles baths like a champ (though the dryer isn’t his favorite). When playtime is over, he’s all about affection—he loves to be held, snuggled, and close to his people. With his long tail, sweet nature, and loving heart, he’s ready to be someone’s loyal companion.

He’s smart and treat motivated, making him a quick and eager learner.Chief is a German Shepherd/mix who was was born approximately 7-1-25 and currently weighs 25 lbs (came to us very thin & still has lots of growing to do). He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $475 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
