DAPHNE

Hey everyone I'm Daphne! I am from a litter of 7 and my foster mom says that she just got done fostering my mom and just couldn't pass me up! I really don't look anything like her as I am almost all black and she was brown!  Can you believe that? Either way I am a cutie patootie and ready for a home of my very own. I LOVE to play and would think it would be fun to have a sibling to show me the ropes. Right now I have a big foster brother Frog that I think is super cool and I follow him around all the time and he is teaching me how the world of play works! I also have other fur fosters that are older and I am very respectful of them. There are also these strange things that have long tails and make a funny sound when I come up to them, my foster mom calls them her cats. Either way I really don't give a hoot about them cause they never really want to play with me anyway. I am almost potty trained but still sometimes have accidents in the house. I am realizing that I love chew toys and if I chew on the right things I don't get told no no...my foster mom always has fun chewy things laying around so I don't get told that very often.  I love the snow so much and love to play outside a lot. I have been learning that it's fun to play chase and to go after these little round things my foster dad throws. He is always asking me to bring them back but I'm still working on that! I will definitely be a surprise when I grow up so it's best to be okay with big or small cause I'm not sure what I will look like! The "D Pups" came into rescue when they were just a couple weeks old, along with their sweet & beautiful mom, Daisybelle Fluffbottoms, when they became a homeless family and needed our help. Daphne is a growing female Black Lab mix pup born approximately 10-23-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
