Hi there! My name is Freddie and I’m an absolute sweetheart that wants nothing more than to just hang out and be with you. My favorite spot to lay throughout the day is on the floor next to everyone while they watch TV. I tend to forget my size and think that I’m a lap dog! I'm always up for going for a walk, I even have good leash manners. I'm learning many commands and have mastered at sit, stay and lay down. I absolutely love treats and am very treat motivated, with some training I could learn SO many more tricks! I am kennel trained and potty trained. I'm such a good boy that I get to sleep out of my kennel in my foster parents room. I’m not much of a barker, but I will bark if someone walks by the house or at another dog but that’s just me saying hello. I do great with my foster fur siblings, although I do appreciate my personal space and can get a little grumpy if other pups invade it but I’m easily corrected. I’ve been around a teenager & love her. Playing play tug of war in the snow is a new favorite activity. Are you ready to add a mellow, sweet boy who is looking for a furever friend? I would love to meet you! Freddie is a male Catahoula Leopard Dog who weighs 95 lbs and was born approximately 12-18-15. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
