GILLIGAN

Gilligan is such a lovable, courageous, and curious boy! He likes to be around his people and he enjoys the company of other dogs--if they are game to play, he is too!! He is learning to sit, has mastered potty training in his foster home, and does excellent in his kennel during the day and overnight. Gilligan is rocking his leash skills and enjoying neighborhood walks. Gilligan has not been around cats, but we would expect he would be just fine, perhaps a little curious! Gilligan will make a great pet for just about anyone—he would likely love a family (the more people to cuddle with), but be perfectly fine being an individual’s sidekick—he’s got the following down pat: paying bills with his foster mom, watching tv, helping prepare his dinner, and laying at his human’s feet while she eats quickly at the kitchen counter! While a fenced yard is not required, Gilligan does love sniffing and running around the yard, enjoying outdoor play time, playing fetch and chasing his foster siblings. Gilligan enjoys a good bone or chew toy while chilling on the plush rug inside and hanging on the couch with his foster mom. Gilligan is a good listener and a fun little guy to hang out with. Gilligan is a beagle/Heinz 57 mix, weighs about 31 pounds and was born approximately 5/1/19. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative.
