**Available for adoption 3-22-21** Gus is loving every minute of his new life! He can't get enough of his toys and makes every moment of playtime count. He's such a happy-g0-lucky boy! Gus came to Dolly's Legacy after being confiscated by animal control in a small Missouri town due to neglect. He had been living outdoors and not receiving proper care. He is so grateful he's now a rescue dog! Gus is a male Hound/Lab mix who weighs 75 lbs and was born approximately 12-22-18. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed. Gus had life-saving treatment for heartworm disease. He will need to remain on heartworm preventative for life, as is recommended for ALL dogs, and retested in 6 months to ensure he is heartworm free. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
