HAIRY PAWTER

Hairy Pawter is hoping to find a quiet home where he can spend most of his day with a person or people. He loves to be loved on and will give you lots of kisses. He is full of happy tail wags and will always be at your feet whatever you are doing. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes (as long as they are nice to him, otherwise he cowers), and thinks cats are just dogs in sleek bodies. He would love to be able to sleep in bed with you and cuddle in as close as he can get. We can't say enough wonderful things about our boy, he is simply amazing! Hairy Pawter was rescued from a high-intake large city shelter where he had been brought in by animal control and never claimed. He was horribly matted to the point he couldn't even see past the big knots on his face. His ears were so matted the knots were the size of grapefruits. He is feeling like a new man now that all of that painful matting is off of him. He wiggles with glee he's feeling so good! Hairy Pawter is a purebred ShihTzu, weighs 9 lbs and is estimated born 11-1-18. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
