Harleigh is a gentle, delicate girl. She is shy at first but once she gets to know you she will be your best friend. She has been around other cats and small dogs with no reaction at all. We think large, active dogs would scare her. Due to her tiny size, she cannot go to a home with children under 12. Harleigh is content to he on the couch cuddling with her foster mom but is also happy to be outside running and exploring. She would prefer a quiet home without alot of activity. A retired person or couple with a fenced yard would be ideal. However, she should not be with an elderly person because she is underfoot and may be a tripping hazard. Harleigh is housetrained and has not had accidents since with us. She is unfamiliar with leash walking so will need alot of patience as this is a completely new experience for her. We will give priority to applicants with a home & fenced yard. Apartment living where she has to be leash walked would not be ideal for her. Haileigh is a pure joy to he around . You will fall in love!
Harleigh is a Yorkshire Terrier who weighs 4 lbs and was born 6-3-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventive. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
