My name is Hoagie.  Would like to hear my story? Well I was found abandoned near a sandwich shop with my six siblings in Oklahoma. Some pretty amazing people took care of us and told Dolly’s all about us. And how could Dolly’s say no to these faces?! We were all given sandwich names to honor this turning point in our lives. Now I am in Nebraska living in a foster home.  So far it is wonderful. I love to play in the swimming pool. We have plenty of food and lots of love. My foster mom is very understanding that I’m a little afraid. My brother Reuben and sister Panini are much braver. I love my foster canine siblings even though they are big. I love to play with toys, and I love treats. I very much want to trust people, but it might take a while. My foster mom is very happy I haven't had an accidents in the house or my kennel since I arrived. I can't wait to find my furever family to love and teach me to trust. Hoagie is a Lab mix, weighs 15 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 5-9-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
