Not long ago, Honey was a neighborhood stray wandering the streets of a small town, trying her best to survive. When she was finally picked up and brought to the local pound, it quickly became clear that she was a nursing mother. She was full of milk, completely heartbroken, and visibly shaking with despair, wondering where her babies were. Tragically, despite everyone's best efforts, her puppies were never found.
The shelter can be a terrifying place for a grieving mother, but the moment Honey stepped foot out of that environment, her true nature blossomed. She didn't let heartbreak harden her. Instead, she chose to pour all that maternal love right back into the humans around her.

Honey is a female Vizsla mix (our best guess of breed) who was was born approximately 5-1-24 and weighs 40 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, distemper/parvo and bordatella, tested heartworm negative, microchipped, dewormed, given flea/tick/heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
