Humphrey is a happy-go-lucky pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This confident, goofy, and slightly clumsy boy loves to play, whether it's romping around with other dogs or entertaining himself with toys. He has the wrinkled face, droopy eyes & ginormous ears of a Basset Hound, but the body & legs of a Coonhound. While he hasn’t been tested with kids yet, he adores every human he meets and hasn’t paid much attention to the resident cat. When he’s not busy being a bundle of energy, Humphrey is a champion cuddler who’s always ready to snuggle up for some love. He’s still working on potty training, but he’s learning! Due to his natural hound instinct to bay, he is not suited for apartment life. He would do best with lots of room to romp in a fenced yard or acreage.
Humphrey is a growing male Coonhound/mix who was was born approximately 111-10-24 . He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $600 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
