Hello there my name is Iris! I was named after a flower because I'm so beautiful! I'm also the sweetest cuddler anyone has ever met. The second someone sits down I want to sit right next to them to snuggle. I'm working hard on all of my training. I'm learning about potty training, walking on leash, and kennel training. I know I'll be a quick learner! My three siblings all have short little legs and somehow I got the tall legs gene! I am such a good girl, I get along with all other dog and I've even met a kitten and i just loved him! I would do best with kids over 6 as I am still learning my puppy manners. My dream home would have a big backyard for me to romp around and play all day or sunbathe. If you think we would be the perfect match please put in an application for me! Iris and her littermates came from a crowded city shelter in Texas where they were in grave danger of being euthanized due to limited space at the shelter & their time was up. Dolly's Legacy came to their rescue and saved their lives. Now they are ready for a new chapter with forever homes. Iris is a growing female Terrier mix pup who was born approximately 4-20-21. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
