We'd like to introduce you to Izzy, a precious Dogo Argentino puppy. She was surrendered to us by her breeder because she has a hearing disability. Izzy was born deaf. Despite that, she is a happy, playful, well-adjusted puppy who is beyond beautiful. We think she's absolutely perfect just the way she is. We are seeking a home for her that has experience training deaf dogs with hand signals, or is willing & capable of going all in to learn how to do so. We are going to be very picky on who her adopter is, as she is going to be a very big girl, and needs structure in a world that is silent. 

Requirements to adopt Izzy:

*Must have excellent veterinary reference with exceptional pet ownership history; no first-time dog owners

*Prefer a home with experience with either deaf dogs, or Dogo Argentinos, or both

*Preference will go to home with fenced yard (though not required); no apartment

Izzy is a growing female Dogo Argentino puppy who was born 11-22-22. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed and started on flea/heartworm prevention. Izzy was born deaf and therefore needs a home able to adopt to her hearing disability. Adoption fee is $750 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
