My name is Kimmie! I am pretty unique. I look like a Beagle from the front, but a Boxer from the back! I am a very well-behaved girl and love my people and foster dog friends. I would like to have a playmate but do not have to have one if my people are active and will engage in lots of playtime and adventures with me. I have this "potty outside" thing figured out and have great house manners. I have been introduced to the foster parents 7- and 9-year-old grandchildren and really liked them. I probably wouldn't need a fence as long as my people would take me on lots of walks, but I do need a little work walking on a leash. I am a very cuddly girl and like to sleep right beside you. I am very well behaved and listen well. I have met a few barn cats and wasn't sure what to make of them, so I just barked at them. I love to be outside and to go on car rides. I don't chew on anything and don't mind going in a crate but I don't really need to be in one as I am a lady in the house. I'm hoping I can find my furever place real soon so I can start the next chapter of my life!
Kimmie is a female Beagle/Boxer mix who was was born approximately 10-3-20 and weighs 38 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
