KIPPER

Hello I'm Kipper! I am a very handsome little guy full of love but I can be a little shy. I'm very quiet, I hardly ever bark! I love to curl up in your lap or snuggle in a dog bed. I also have a playful side to me. I love to run and chase my foster brother in the yard! A fenced in yard and another little doggy friend (or multiple!) would be ideal for me as I do love to run and chase. I have liked everyone I have met, though I am a little timid when meeting new people but I warm up quickly! I haven't met any young children but I do great with calm teenagers. I even do good with those things called cats, I just watch them and leave them alone to do their own thing. I am quiet all night sleeping either in my kennel with the door open or in a dog bed. I'm really working on my potty training, I only have occasional accidents but I'm learning fast! If you're looking for a small bundle of love... I am the one for you! Kipper came from rural southern Oklahoma where he was found as a stray and never reclaimed. The only way he would make it out of the shelter alive was to be rescued as they do not have any volunteer or adoption programs in their rural animal control facility. Dolly's Legacy came to his rescue and saved his life. Now he's ready for a new chapter with a forever home. Kipper is a male Chihuhua, weighs 9.7 lbs and was born approximately 7-9-19. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & given a Proheart injection for 6 months of heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
