Meet Little Bear! He has spent his life on a farm in a rural area since he was a pup. Due to his family's situation, but no fault of his own, Little Bear needed to find a new home and was surrendered to rescue. This boy is so easy going. He is eager to please and wants to be friends with everyone. He does great with other dogs and cats. He loves children. He is house trained and uses a doggy door.
He is working on leash training and making progress. He needs to go to a home with a fenced yard as he's used to romping on his own. He wouldn't be at his happiest if he were always at the end of a leash, so no apartments for this guy. He loves to play with his toys and loves to spend time outside. Little Bear is just the sweetest little guy and is so easy to love!
Little Bear is a male Schipperke who was born approximately 11-23-15 and weighs 10 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
