WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS or INQUIRIES for Mabel due to a wait list for her*Mabel is one of the most well-rounded, friendly dogs we have ever met; we think this gentle sweet-hearted beauty is pretty much perfect!Mabel people adores people and is never more than a step away. She truly just enjoys human companionship. If she’s not lying next to you on the couch, she will probably be found lying quietly at (or on) your feet.Mabel is a very happy, joyful girl who always has a smile on her face and a wag of her tail to greet you with. She loves all people including children of all ages and is especially fond of the teenagers in her foster home. She also is fantastic with other dogs; Mabel very much enjoys playing and is quick to make new friends. She has also done perfect with the cats in her foster home. She has demonstrated wonderful manners, sharing her toys, bed and food perfectly. Mabel’s joys include playing with toys and her doggy friends, running around in the yard on nice days, going for car rides, and especially just hanging out. Mabel also enjoys going for walks in the neighborhood and is working on leash manners and learning fast. She sleeps quietly and peacefully through the night and has not had to be kenneled as she is completely house trained (even going to the door and whining when she needs to go out to potty!). Mabel is a wise old soul who seems to just know how to be a good girl without anyone having to teach her! She is so gentle and kind and patient in every situation she has been placed in.One look in her soulful eyes and anyone will fall in love. Mabel is truly an AMAZING dog!We really could not say enough about this beautiful girl!Whoever is lucky enough to add her to their family will be so blessed; Mabel is an absolute gem!Mabel is a Border Collie/Spaniel mix, weighs 50 and was born approximately 5-26-15. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed. She received life-saving treatment for heartworm disease.
