Are you looking for a fun, sweet girl to be part of your family? I’m as sweet as they come. My name is Maddie. I love to run and play with the kids and dogs in my foster home. My foster mom tells me I am such a good puppy, and she can’t believe how well I am doing for being so little. I have not had any accidents in the house and go to the door to go potty. Oh- and I love to play outside so a fenced yard would be great for me to run around. I love toys, all of them! I am very treat motivated and already know sit and shake. I enjoy going on walks and do well on a leash, though I get a little distracted by all the fun things to see and smell. I sometimes get excited and jump or puppy bite but I listen very well when my foster mom and dad tell me no and redirect me. I like playing with the dogs in my foster home and am doing well respecting boundaries when they tell me no. And the smaller humans are fun too- I love it when they play toys and run with me. It’s also nice to have a lap to curl up on after playing- snuggles are pretty awesome. I am kennel trained at night. I sometimes get nervous when I meet new people but I warm up quickly when I realize we can play and have fun. I love hearing my foster mom and dad tell me what a great puppy I am and how well I am doing. It makes me so happy. If you think I would be a great fit for your family I would love to meet you! Maddie is a Labrador/Catahoula mix, weighs 20  lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 11-21-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
