My name is Panini.  Would you like to hear my story? Well I was found abandoned near a sandwich shop with my six siblings in Oklahoma. Some pretty amazing people took care of us and told Dolly’s all about us. And how could Dolly’s say no to these faces?! We were all given sandwich names to honor this turning point in our lives. Now I am in Nebraska living in a foster home.  So far it is wonderful. I love to play in the swimming pool. I am pretty active when not in my kennel. I am quick so if you don’t want something in my mouth you better pick it up. My foster mom is happy I haven’t had any accidents in the house or my kennel since I arrived. I haven’t met a toy I don’t love or a treat I won’t eat. We have plenty to eat and that is good because we are always hungry, but we are still growing. I am learning not to jump on people, but it is so hard because I just want to be close. My foster mom thinks Hoagie, Reuben and I are pretty smart and learn fast, it seems to make her happy. I have a lot of fun playing with my foster siblings, they think we are a little too active. Even though I love my brother and sister, and my foster home, I can’t wait to find a family of my own. Panini is a Lab mix, weighs 15 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 5-9-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
