**MEDICAL HOLD - Available for adoption approximately 5-1-21** Hi there! My name is Quilly. Before coming to Nebraska, I had a scuffle with a porcupine and got a face and mouth full of quills, so I’ve had a bit of a rough start. Thanks to Dollys Legacy I came to Nebraska to get better and find my forever home. I tore my ACL and needed surgery to fix that, thank goodness Dolly's Legacy made sure I got the very best care to fix me up! I’m a couch potato and prefer to relax and cuddle anyways. I know I will get better in no time. I am fully house-trained and I’m learning some new basic commands. I love every person I meet, even kids. I’ve got the chance to meet a cat and let’s just say it did not end well for me. I think the cat was more scared of me than I was of him. I love to meet other dogs of all sizes and am very gentle with them. My favorite place to be is laying on the couch in someone’s lap. I just want to be loved and enjoy infinite amounts of love. Could we be the perfect match? Quilly came from a crowded city shelter in Texas where he was in grave danger of being euthanized due to limited space at the shelter & his time was up. Dolly's Legacy came to his rescue and saved his life. Now he is ready for a new chapter with a forever home. is a Catahoula/Mountain Cur mix that weighs 50 lbs and was born approximately 1-12-19. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed. Quilly had ACL repair. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
