RED

Red is a laid back sweetheart. He is still very shy in his foster home but is starting to come out of his shell. He is quite happy to follow his foster mom/dad around and just watch what she/he is doing. He does great with the foster dogs in his house, big and small. People are still a bit scary to him, but he is slowly learning that they are nothing to be afraid of. He does love to chase the few rabbits that venture into our yard. He is a smart boy and has figured out how to get over our 4 foot fence so a 6 foot fence would be best. Due to Red’s shyness he needs another bigger dog in his new house that will show him the ropes. He loves the German Shepherd in his foster house. He will even follow them on walks. He does fine being left out all day, he does not chew or bother anything in the house. He does not like loud noises and is afraid of thunder and fireworks. This sweet boy has the biggest heart, he is so laid back and is looking for a family that will take the time to show him what love really is. Red is a Lab/terrier mix, weighs 48 lbs and was born approximately X. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease and started on preventive. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
