Hi everyone, I’m Rosie and oh boy do I ever love people! I may tend to be a little shy at first but once I’m comfortable I’ll never want to leave your side. I’m a very affectionate and clingy girl. I get along really well with other dogs and cats too! I would do best with a dog my size or larger as I would love a playmate. I don’t honestly pay much attention to the cats but that’s more because I just have so many other dogs to play with. It’s been so much fun running around the backyard playing tag & fetch. I am kennel trained, but I only had to stay in one the first night and I didn’t enjoy being in there and escaped like a ninja! I do really well when left out of the kennel and don’t get into things I shouldn't. I get to sleep up on a bed and I guess I snore a little. I have had just a couple accidents in the house but I’m learning and doing so much better. I just forget sometimes so I need to be reminded to go out and dang..it’s cold out there. I came from Texas so I couldn’t believe my eyes when I came to Nebraska and there was so much snow, brrr… I would love to find my forever home where I can spend my days cuddled with my humans on the couch, have endless amounts of toys to play with and a nice fenced in yard to run around and enjoy zoomies in. Could we be the perfect match? Rosie is a Yellow Labrador Retriever mix that weighs 40 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 7-6-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
