Introducing Rubel, our adorable Papillon mix! Once he arrived at his foster, he quickly made himself at home. Rubel is well-mannered, very loving and completely charming. Enjoys playing ball, exploring the yard, and hanging out where you are. He’s full of energy and wants to be involved in whatever you're doing. He is also perfectly comfortable lying on the couch with you for hours. Rubel's energy will match yours. He enjoys grown-up company with lots of love and attention. If you're planning to hug your honey in his presence, he’d prefer to make it a group hug, Rubel loves to be included. He walks well on a leash and easily loads into a crate, but not crazy about staying in one, he’d much rather join in whatever you’re doing. Rubel also easily adapts and enjoys his dog bed(s). He is interested in other animals, but not aggressive and not looking to be the dominate critter - but he will dominate toys and show them who's the boss. After he feels comfortable, Rubel has a good appetite and enjoys treats but may not eat much for the first several days (LOVES cheese). He’s had a chance to meet the neighbors small grandchildren and was a real gentleman to three little princesses. Rubel is an old-fashioned gentleman and the best snuggler. He deserves the best because he is simply the best. Rubel is a male Papillon mix, weighs 22 lbs and was born approximately 6-5-15. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
