Found running along the interstate with two other dogs, Ryder has embraced his second chance and is thriving in his foster home. This friendly and happy pup is a perfect blend of high-energy play and calm independence. He’s a natural athlete, excelling at catching balls and toys mid-air, and would shine in agility training or any active endeavor. Ryder loves rough-and-rowdy playgroups, always keeping his cool, but he’s equally content relaxing on his own or bunking with a buddy. He’s kennel-trained, house-trained, and has great manners, making him a joy to have around. Ryder enjoys the company of other dogs in his foster home and has a special fondness for water adventures, whether it’s splashing in a pool or trying water jumps. While he hasn’t been tested with cats or kids, his easygoing and playful nature suggests he could adapt well. Ryder is looking for an active family with a yard to explore and plenty of love to share. Loyal, snuggly, and always up for a challenge, Ryder is ready to be your adventure partner for life!
Ryder is a Black Lab/mix who was was born approximately 8-6-23 and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
